This 2-3h fast track foil class is the perfect starting point to get you and your friends into the exciting sport of Hydrofoling.
Our licensed instructors will teach you the principals about hydrofoiling, what it takes to take off, balance the foil and to start flying above the water. After an introduction about the basics of hydrofoiling and a few functional warm up exercises you will be towed behind a boat at the protected Rose Bay with beautiful Harbour Bridge backdrops. Students need to have a minimum age of 9 to join this class. Our school is using the latest and most advanced foiling technology by North, Armstrong, Fone and Lift.
Class duration: 2h for 2 students, 2.5h for 3 students & 3h for 4 students
