The Köster Pro was designed in partnership with five-time windsurf world champion Philip Köster; It presents a distinctive blend of characteristics that improve its usability. In contrast to Takoon's Comet SW V2, the Köster Pro boasts a sleeker and more athletic design, featuring a tighter rocker, pointed nose, and streamlined hull. These design components work together to deliver exceptional glide upon takeoff and a reduced footprint during flight, granting surfers increased flexibility for surfing and jumping activities.
Manufactured in Takoon's Portugal factory, the Köster Pro is constructed using 100% carbon, ensuring exceptional rigidity and direct contact with the foil. This rigidity allows for ultra-precise tilting and enhances responsiveness, enabling powerful jump maneuvers while also facilitating pumping. To accommodate the new generation of foils, the American box has been relocated forward. Additionally, the board features a new ergonomic handle that is better positioned for improved usability. By sourcing raw materials exclusively from European suppliers, we prioritize unparalleled product quality while also reducing our carbon footprint.
